1Active & Fit is available only for Kaiser Permanente for Individuals and Families members who are 16 years of age or older in the Diamond, Platinum, Gold, or Silver Plan. The Active & Fit program gives our members special rates for home and gym exercise programs. Your $100 payment for the gym program or $10 payment for the home exercise program will be collected via credit card upon enrollment in the program and will be required again each subsequent calendar year in order to stay enrolled in Active & Fit. Active & Fit is provided by American Specialty Health Networks and Healthyroads, Inc., subsidiaries of American Specialty Health Incorporated (ASH).
